‘To ignore the facts does not change the facts…’
Throughout my years of researching and studying the inner workings of the human mind, particularly within communities of color, I have observed a recurring pattern of negative conditioning. This pattern involves a form of manipulation and conflict among individuals, particularly those suffering from personality disorders such as Antisocial Personality Disorder. It’s concerning to see a competitive and win-lose attitude that leads individuals to wish harm upon others and seek ways to undermine them. This behavior is sometimes observed among community leaders, workers, and activists, and it’s detrimental to our progress. We need to recognize that the real battle is within our minds. It’s time to end the self-hate and work towards inspiring others to be their best selves. I am committed to this journey of self-improvement and self-awareness, recognizing that the change starts with me.
