Are we good enough?
In my life coaching seminars and workshops, my main focus is addressing the fear of not being good enough. This fear manifests as negative self-talk and affects everyone differently. To overcome this, we need to be consciously aware of these destructive thoughts and silence our inner critics. Excessive self-criticism can prevent us from acknowledging our achievements and worth, leading us to focus solely on our failures. It’s important to recognize that we are worth more than we think.
